Kirtan - Chanting
Wed. 7.15 - 9 pm in Silverdale. Kirtan gives us peace from the otherwise never-ending chatter of the mind as we allow ourselves to get deeper and deeper involved in the chanting and the music.
Havans - fire ceremonies
Havans purify the environment and the participants. Healing energies can also be sent to those who are suffering.
