Sue came to New Zealand in 2006, leaving an established Yoga teaching practice in the city of Winchester, England. Her own practice began in the 1980s, and her original teacher  training was with Jenny Beeken www.inneryoga.org.uk. She has also studied at the Yoga Therapy Centre in London www.yogatherapy.org,  and with Dr. Shrikrishna Bushan from Mumbai, India. She currently studies with Donna Farhi www.donnafarhi.co.nz, and  has been privileged to work with many other fine teachers.

She is an experienced teacher and musician and, before becoming a dedicated yoga teacher, sang, taught German and Music, and conducted choral groups in both Singapore and the UK.

Drawing on the teaching of others and her own experience, Sue aspires to help the individual to find yoga’s unique and authentic expression of the inner self. Her classes suit beginners as well as those with experience of the practice.
